Demo Session Refunds:

The ₹99 demo fee is non-refundable. However, it will be deducted from your first monthly subscription if you choose to subscribe.

Monthly Subscription Refunds:

Refunds are not available for monthly subscriptions once the payment is made.
In case of service issues caused by Fluent Buddy (e.g., technical difficulties or trainer unavailability), a replacement session may be offered.

Termination of Services:

If a user violates our Terms and Conditions, their subscription may be terminated without a refund.
